…ist ein 2008 von Jens Uwe Kraemer gegründeter beratungsunabhängiger Blog für Compensation & Benefits Profis, der sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, neutral, professionell und kompetent C&B Erfahrung “aus der Praxis für die Praxis” anzubieten und über aktuelle Entwicklungen im Vergütungsumfeld zu berichten.
Bis 2008 gab es keine neutrale Quelle, die wertneutral über die wichtigsten Entwicklungen im Linienfunktions- und Consulting- Vergütungsumfeld berichtet hat - dies ist bis heute ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal von Rewards-Academy.de, auf deren Seiten sich die wichtigsten Ereignisse, Pressemeldungen, Rewards- und Consulting News wiederfinden. Seit 2008 haben wir mehr als 750.000 Zugriffe auf unsere Seiten gezählt.
Um darüber hinaus erstmals auf dem deutschen Markt eine strukturierte, international nachhaltige, hochqualitative Aus- und Weiterbildung von C&B Managern und Experten anzubieten, steht Rewards-Academy mit namhaften internationalen Beratungshäusern und aktiven C&B Managern im Gespräch, die als Dozenten Garant dafür sein werden, dass Wissen aus der Praxis für die Praxis anwendbar vermittelt wird.
Damit soll vorallem der Verbesserung der Effizienz und des Wertbeitrages der C&B Funktion und ihrer grösser werdenden Bedeutung für Unternehmen Rechnung getragen werden.
